1. Application and Selection Process:

    • Submission of this application form does not guarantee a stall at the festival.
    • Selection will be based on product variety, quality, and adherence to the festival’s sustainability policies.
    • The festival committee reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion.

  2. Stall Fees and Payments:

    • Approved vendors will be notified and provided with payment instructions for stall fees.
    • Full payment must be received by the specified deadline to secure the stall space.
    • Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the allocation of the stall to another vendor.

  3. Stall Operations and Conduct:

    • Vendors must adhere to the set-up and pack-down times and guidelines provided by the festival organizers.
    • Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of their stall area.
    • The sale of illegal, offensive, or unsafe items is strictly prohibited.

  4. Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility:

    • Vendors must comply with the festival’s sustainability and waste management policies, including the minimization of single-use plastics and proper waste disposal.
    • Preference will be given to vendors who demonstrate eco-friendly practices and products.

  5. Health, Safety, and Insurance:

    • Vendors must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and hold valid public liability insurance.
    • Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.

  6. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees.
    • In the event of cancellation by the vendor, stall fees may be partially refunded based on the proximity to the event date.

  7. Event Cancellation or Postponement:

    • The festival organizers are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by vendors if the event is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond their control.

  8. Compliance with Laws:

    • Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses and for ensuring their business operations comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

  9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

    • The festival organizers reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.

  10. Acknowledgment and Agreement:

    • By submitting this application, vendors acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
